Tera-Link (CubeSat)

My involvement with the 6U CubeSat was driven by a deep interest in the complex implementation and operation of small satellites. As a Mechanical Structural Lead, I viewed this project as an opportunity to secure hands-on experience in high-stakes design, structural analysis, and system integration to enhance my expertise.

The core of my contribution originated from the need to secure a functional and cost-effective mechanical and power solution. The project presented distinct challenges. I successfully managed: performing structural analysis (ANSYS), optimizing internal layout for performance, and managing the mission power budget through cross-functional collaboration.

This section highlights my technical accomplishments, including a 60% cost savings initiative through my custom chassis design and the integration of all critical satellite subsystems.
